Are there areas in your life where you are feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and sick? And you are exhausted from the clutter of your life? In this episode, Andrew gives out another principle when it comes to getting and staying organized. This will help you to stop clutter from robbing you of your precious time, freedom and joy in your life.

Often, people, even leaders, shy away from asking for help for fear of showing weakness. Leaders, particularly, feel like they are expected to know anything and asking for help or suggestions often seems like it’s not a possibility as it could mean they are holding a position that they don’t know how to fill. Despite these views, there is very little that any of us do to succeed fully on our own, even if that is hard to acknowledge.

200 Lies That Every Person Tells Themselves Everyday

Andrew goes on to say “YOU CAN’T DO THIS ALONE”. That does not in any way mean that you are not capable, or diminished, or flawed. It’s just acknowledging that you need accountability to be successful. All of us need help. It’s definitely not a sign of humiliation or diminishing an amazing person that you are. As humans, we can’t expect anyone to know everything. The most successful leaders today are those who have been able to surround themselves with people that they can reach out to and ask for help in areas outside of one’s expertise.
Andrew added that there’s nothing to be upset about when seeking help from others. It shows signs of strength, confidence, resourcefulness and can also lead to future opportunities. In a world where people expect problems to be solved fast, surrounding yourself with people who can help you in different situations is highly valuable.
