Goodbye To Confusion & Chaos: It's Time To Give Your Kitchen Some Attention!

Andrew points out that the key to solving the issue is to look inward, and create the proper mind set. He points out that the problem is not the clutter, instead it is in the person. By creating a positive metal perspective towards clutter, that is the absolute first step that anyone can do. If someone has a negative mental approach then the problem won’t be solved, but if someone approaches the problem with positivity, by taking notice on how or why he thinks that way about clutter, then that opens the road to beating clutter. The way our inner mental attitudes project towards clutter can have a major impact if we can solve the problem or not thus by making a mental accounting on how in our lives we approach clutter, this will be a major first step to solve the problem.

Secondly, Andrew says that what we need is action. Not a colossal type of action, but one that is small but consistent. Often people get overwhelmed with the problem of clutter and they think to themselves that they cannot simply move this mountain of stuff. But by focusing on small, consistent daily actions, those will have a compound effect in the long run. It is about building small empowering actions that you partake in every single day that keep you focused on your highest priorities and goals. An individual must then be able to hold himself accountable for such small actions. Little by little, inch by inch, the problem of clutter will dissolve with this small actions. These actions, no matter how small, is moving the individual forward and that is what its all about.

To conclude Andrew says that, by following this primordial step it will open the individual to a whole new world of tools into dealing with clutter, to which this podcast in the next episodes will unravel.
